The US International Trade Commission made a preliminary ruling on double-anti-industry damage to Huagang's shelves

On August 3, 2018, the US International Trade Commission (USITC) voted against the anti-dumping and countervailing industry damages imported from China's steel shelves (SteelRacks): ruling the products involved in government subsidies and dumping The industry constitutes substantial damage. In the ruling, all four members voted for a positive vote. Based on the affirmative ruling of the US International Trade Commission, the US Department of Commerce is expected to make a countervailing preliminary ruling on the case on September 13, 2018, and make an anti-dumping preliminary ruling on November 27, 2018. This case involves some products under the United States tariff tariffs 7326.90.8688, 9403.20.0080 and 9403.90.8041 and some products under 7308.90.3000, 7308.90.6000, 7308.90.9590 and 9403.20.0090.

US International Trade Commission made a double-anti-industrial damage finale on China's cast iron sewer pipe fittings


On August 3, 2018, the US International Trade Commission (USITC) voted on the CastIronSoilPipeFittings imported from China, excluding the drainer (DrainBodies), making affirmative final ruling on anti-dumping and countervailing industries, and ruling the United States. On August 3, 2017, the US Department of Commerce initiated an anti-dumping and countervailing investigation on imported cast iron sewer fittings imported from China in response to an application submitted by the American Society of Cast Iron Sewage Pipes Association (CastIronSoilPipeInstitute) on July 13, 2017. On August 25, 2017, the US International Trade Commission made a positive preliminary ruling on double-anti-industrial damage in this case. On December 13, 2017, the US Department of Commerce issued a notice stating that the anti-subsidy preliminary ruling on imported cast iron sewer fittings from China. On February 14, 2018, the US Department of Commerce announced an anti-dumping preliminary ruling on imported cast iron sewer fittings from China. On July 6, 2018, the US Department of Commerce issued a notice stating that the anti-dumping and countervailing affirmation final cut was made on the imported cast iron sewer fittings from China.
